We sell digital products such as god images, photos, and downloadable files. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
Digital Products Policy
All products available on Gods Pics are digital downloads.
Once a digital product has been:
- Successfully purchased, and
- Downloaded by the user
👉 The order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
This policy is in place due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once accessed.
No Refund Will Be Issued In The Following Cases
Refunds will not be provided in these situations:
- The product has already been downloaded
- The customer purchased the product by mistake
- The product does not meet personal expectations
- Internet, device, or technical issues from the customer’s side
- Failure to read product details before purchase
Refund / Replacement Eligibility
We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- The download link is not working
- The wrong file was delivered
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
In such cases:
- We will first provide a replacement file
- If the issue is still not resolved, a refund may be considered
All requests must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Free Products Policy
- Free downloadable products are not eligible for refunds
- Free products are provided for personal use only
