I just purchased an image — where do I download it?
Right after a successful payment, a download link appears on your screen and is also sent to your registered email. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or write to us at godspicshelp@gmail.com.
How many times can I download the same image?
Each purchased image can be downloaded a maximum of 3 times within 100 days of purchase. This limit resets after 100 days. If you need extra downloads within that window — for example after a device change — contact support and we'll help.
What resolution and file format do the images come in?
Free images are provided in standard HD resolution (JPG). Premium images are available in high resolution (up to 4K), and many are also offered in PNG with a transparent background.
My download link isn't working. What should I do?
Email us your Order ID at godspicshelp@gmail.com and we'll issue a fresh link within 24 hours, counted against your remaining download limit for that image.
Pricing & Payment
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We support UPI, netbanking, and select wallets for Indian customers, along with debit and credit card payments from anywhere in the world — so international customers can check out just as easily using their card.
I purchased by mistake — can I get a refund?
Please see our Refund Policy page. As these are digital products, refunds are only issued in specific cases — such as a duplicate charge or a technical error on our end.
Usage & Licensing
Can I print these images or use them at home or in a temple?
Absolutely. Personal and worship use — printing, phone or desktop wallpapers, framing — is fully permitted for both free and premium images.
Are these images AI-generated?
Some images are created with the help of AI tools to offer fresh, high-quality devotional designs. This is noted on the relevant product pages.
Can I resell or use these images commercially?
No, reselling, redistributing, or commercial resale is not permitted without written permission. For commercial licensing requests, reach out to us at godspicshelp@gmail.com.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
Free images don't require an account. For premium purchases, you'll need a simple account so your download history and remaining downloads are saved safely.
